B.S : BS4504 , BS4504, BS1560, BS10 | | | Orifice flanges are used instead of the standard pipe flanges when orifice plate or flow nozzle is used. In other words, orifice flanges are used with orifice meters. The basic purpose for this is to measuring the flow rate of either gases or liquids in the respective pipeline. These flanges are used in various industrial applications and are available in various sizes and materials. All orifice flange units are supplied with the plate, pressure connection holes, and jack screws. Materials used: - Aluminum
- Brass
- Bronze
- Cast iron
- Stainless Steel
- Carbon Steel
- Alloy
- Nickel
- Copper etc.
Key Features: - Come with either raised faces or ring type joint (RTJ) facings.
- The orifice flanges have modifications of radial tapped holes in the flange ring for meter connections. Need A Reliable Fitting?
- There are the orifice plate carriers in these flanges for the reason of fitting meter connections.
- The additional bolts available serve as a jack to allow the separation of the two flanges to change the orifice plate or for other relevant services like inspection.
Uses of orifice flanges: - The basic purpose of an orifice flange is used to flow/rate metering of piping systems.
- They are used for all intensive purposes, similar to weld neck and slip-on flanges with extra machining.
| | | We offer a wide range of spectacle flanges, which are highly durable and reliable. These spectacle blind flanges are made from high quality stainless steel. Offered in different dimensions & sizes, these spectacle flanges are supplied to highly critical industrial applications. Manufactured to precision, these stainless steel spectacle flanges can also be supplied in customized specifications. Carbon Steel : ASTM A 105, ASTM A 181 Alloy Steel : ASTM A 182, GR F1, F11, F22, F5, F9, F91 Nickel Alloys : Monel 400 & 500, Inconel 600 & 625, Incolloy 800, 825, Hastelloy C22,C276 Copper Alloys : Copper, Brass & Gunmetal Size : 1/8" NB TO 48"NB. Class : 150#, 300#,400 #,600#,900#, 1500# & 2500 #. Standard ANSI : ANSI B16.5, ANSI B16.47, MSS SP44, ANSI B16.36, ANSI B16.48 DIN :
- DIN2527, DIN2566, DIN2573, DIN2576,
- DIN2641, DIN2642, DIN2655, DIN2656,
- DIN2627, DIN2628, DIN2629, DIN 2631,

B.S : BS4504 , BS4504, BS1560, BS10 | | | Slip On Flanges (SORF) & (SOFF) | Slip-on flanges are a popular type of pipe flanges. These are type of flanges that slide over the end of piping and then welded in place. These flanges are ideal for lower pressure applications. These are easily fitted and welded into different pipes. Welding reduces fabrication costs of these pipes. These are available in wide variety of sizes and applications. Materials used:Common materials used are as follows: - Stainless steel
- Brass
- Steel
- Alloy Steel
- Aluminum
- Plastics
- Titanium
- Monels
- Carbon steel
- Alloy titanium etc.
Features: - Some important features are as follows:
- One size fits all pipe schedules.
- Fabricators can more easily cut pipe to length for slip-on flanges.
- The smaller thickness of this flange allows for easier alignment of bolting holes.
- They are generally not preferred for high pressure temperature environments.
Advantages of slip on flanges: - Low cost installation
- Less time needed to spent on ensuring the accuracy of the cut pipe
- They are somewhat easier to align
- The slip-on flanges have low hub because the pipe slips into the flange before welding
- The flange is welded both inside and outside to provide sufficient strength
- They prevent leakage
| | | Applications These plate flange reference tables detail outside and inside diameter sizes and bolt hole drilling pattens for various standard plate flanges. They are intended for estimating purposes only. Applications vary, confirm all dimensions with your engineering department prior to ordering. Standard Flanges Stainless Plate Products produces a wide variety of flat face slip-on flanges (also known as hubless or plate flanges). These high quality plate flanges have a wide variety of applications.
