Long Radius Piggable Bends

Seamless & Welded hot & cold long radius piggable bends in 2D, 3D, 5D, 6D, 8D upto 22D, 45, 90, 180, 360, sizes upto 32 NB. with tangents length as per requirement. For LR Bends dimension tolerance, flattening on any point max, 1.7%, ovality within 1% of the diameter of pipe deg. + 1.5, Thinning max, 5% of WT No flaring, wrinklr free bends. Dummy pig pass test done with 96% ID of bend and 'J', 'S', 'U' special bends with NDT test according to client's specifications.

Manufacturing Process

We have complete in house facilities for manufacturing of Butt-Weld Fittings & Long Radius, Piggable Bends. For producing above we have Hot Forging, Cold Forging, Benging, Pressing, Welding, Grinding, Gauging, Handling, Hydraulic Testing, Annealing, Spot Blasting Pickling & Passivation, Anti Rust Coating & Packing Facilities. We also have adopted the innovatiob process & latest technology machines to manufacture high quality Pipe fittings. We have Automatic Elbow making machine also known as "Mandrel Plants" Our products also got through in Brust testing as per ASTM standards.

Infrastructure

A well established state-of-the-art infrastructural unit spread in a vast area helps us in carrying out the whole manufacturing process with accuracy. Our infrastructural unit is divided in to several sections that include manufacturing unit, quality control section and a research and development department that are at par with industry standards.

Our manufacturing unit is spread in an area of 10000 square feet and is equipped with mandatory machineries and equipment.
